Good source of essential fats - from sunflower seeds
Sunflower seeds are excellent source of vitamin E (protects your body as an antioxidant) and magnesium (important for bones).

Yield: 6 servings

1 cup sunflower seeds, ground
½ cup grated carrots
½ cup chopped celery
2 Tbs chopped onion
1 Tbs chopped parsley
⅛ tsp dried basil
1 tsp arrowroot flour
1 Tbs oil
½ tsp kelp powder
1 Tbs chopped green pepper
¼ cup tomato juice
2 Tbs wheat germ

Combine all ingredients. Shape into burgers. Bake on oiled baking dish at 350 F. for 15 minutes on each side.
